CL Free is designed for high chemical inhibition to prevent clays from becoming plastic and to provide geo-mechanical support.

Controlling severe losses is a challenge for any drilling fluids system, but AirBeadsLCS is an extremely effective alternative method to air or foam drilling. The system controls losses while maintaining overbalance.
Both AphronICS and AirBeadsLCS are formed by combining air with a specialized surfactant in a viscosified fluid which, when exposed to a drop in pressure, will form aphrons-compressed micro-bubbles. The systems, in which the aphrons act as colloid particles rather than material solids, permit at-balance drilling by equalizing hydraulic pressure between the wellbore and the formation.
