PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CMC-HV is Carboxy Methyl Cellulose of high viscosity. It is used as fluid-loss controller and viscosifier for water-based drilling fluids.

APPLICATION
- Decrease filtration rate and filter cake thickness in fresh or brackish water-based drilling fluids.
- Increase viscosity of fresh or brackish water-based drilling fluids.
- Promote hole stability in water-sensitive formations.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Treatments are freshwater and seawater fluids 0.5 - 4.0 lb /bbl. Depending on type of fluid solids content and temperature profile of the well.
PACKAGING
CMC-HV is available in 25 kg multi-ply paper sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet.
