PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NC-DEFOAMER is a blend of high molecular weight alcohol and modified fatty acid derivatives, can be used to reduce or remove surface foam in fresh water and sea water drilling fluids and in viscosified brines.

APPLICATION
NC-DEFOAMER can be used in any water-based drilling fluids and completion fluid. It is used in small concentrations and is effective in pre-treatments to prevent foam formation and as a foam-removal treatment.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Add 0.05 - 0.25 lb/bbl (0.14 - 0.71 kg/m³), 0.007 - 0.033 gal/bbl (0.17-0.79 l/m³) of NC-DEFOAMER directly to the system.
PACKAGING
NC-DEFOAMER is available in 55 US gallon (208.19 l) drums, palletized as 4 drums per pallet.
