SODIUM FORMATE is a high-purity, dry crystalline organic salt used to formulate brine used in drilling, workover and completion operations which require densities ranging from 8.4 to 11.0 lb/gal.

APPLICATION
- SODIUM FORMATE fluids are excellent shale stabilizers for water-sensitive clay/shale formations and clay-containing sandstones.
- SODIUM FORMATE provides an environmentally safe alternative to chloride brines.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Formulate as per appropriate brine tables.
PACKAGING
SODIUM FORMATE is packaged in 25 kg multi-wall, waterproof sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet.
