NC-100 stabilizer is a low molecular weight, non-ionic 100% active dry polymer for use as a clay inhibitor in water-based drilling fluids.

APPLICATION
NC-100 shale stabilizer helps strengthen shale and lubricate the wellbore. The polymer adheres to the surface of reactive clays preventing dispersion and hydration..
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
- A shale stabilizer should be mixed through the hopper for best results in the NC-MAX system.
- If salinity >140,000 ppm, use 2 lb/bbl (5.6 kg/m³), if salinity <140,000 ppm use 3 lb/bbl (8.4 kg/m³) or more.
PACKAGING
NC-100 is available in 25 kg sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet.
