PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

NC-TROL X is a synthetic resin provides rheology stabilization and filtration control in water-based drilling fluids at elevated temperatures. NC-TROL X is a chrome-free, non-viscosifying polymer, which reduces fluid loss and controls drilling fluid stability without increasing the viscosity of the water phase.

APPLICATION

NC-TROL X is a broad-application fluid-loss-control additive for use in freshwater, seawater, and saltwater. It can also be in Lime, Gypsum, NC-THIN, NC-LOSE and non-dispersed fluid systems. RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Normal treatment ranges from 2 to 6 lb/bbl (5.7 to 17 kg/m3) depending on the degree of filtration-control desired, the original fluid system characteristics and the environment in which it is used.

PACKAGING

NC-TROL X is available in 25 kg multi-ply paper sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet.
