PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CMC-LV is Carboxymethyl Cellulose of low viscosity. It is used as a fluid-loss reducer in fresh-, sea- and saturated saltwater-based drilling fluids.

APPLICATION
- Decrease filtration rate and filter cake thickness in fresh or brackish water-based drilling fluids.
- Promote hole stability in water-sensitive formations.
- Deflocculate saltwater systems in concentrations less than 0.25 lb/bbl.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Treatments are freshwater and seawater fluids 0.5 - 4.0 lb /bbl. Depending on type of fluid solids content and temperature profile of the well.
PACKAGING
CMC-LV is available in 25 kg multi-ply paper sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet.
