PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NC-THIN CFL is chrome-free lignosulfonate, an effective thinner for lime-based drilling fluids. NC-THN CFL is used as a deflocculant and a fluid-loss reducing agent in virtually all water-based mud systems.

APPLICATION
NC-THIN CFL is intended for use as a deflocculant and fluid-loss additive in all types of water-based systems. NC-THIN CFL shows superior deflocculating ability in the presence of contaminants and increasing temperatures.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
- Add 2 - 12 lb/bbl directly to the mud system through the rig hopper or as a solution through the chemical barrel.
- NC-THIN CFL shows maximum effectiveness when pH is controlled in the range of 9.0 - 11.0.
PACKAGING
NC-THIN CFL is available in 25 kg multi-ply paper sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet.
