NOS research and development acumen is kept on the cutting edge by our NOS Laboratory, which is equipped with tools for advanced drilling fluids analysis and shale reactions to drilling fluids. We provide clients with the research to produce the most accurate drilling solutions. The laboratory also serves as a venue with which to provide continual training to our engineers and keep them up to date on new drilling fluids technologies.

Collaboration between the engineers, operations team, business development team, and technical support team gives us an edge in providing timely, accurate, environmentally responsible and hazard-free drilling solutions to our clients.
In addition to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team’s primary responsibility to ensure the quality of our products, the team also maintains the NOS company-wide IMS policy as well as our ISO certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS 9001:2008), Occupational health and safety management systems (QHSAS 18001: 2007), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS 14001:2004).
